Terms of use

This English translation is provided for convenience only. The French version is the legally binding one and prevails in case of any difference.
1. Purpose
Revizo is a Claude skill that comes with a study site template (quizzes, flashcards, study notes, mock exams). Using your own Claude account, it turns your courses into a site that you publish yourself. The publisher is identified in the legal notice. Purchase and guarantees are governed by the Terms of Sale.
You must be of legal age, or a minor with the consent of your legal guardian. Your license is personal.
2. Download
After your purchase, you receive a personal download link by email. Keep this email: the link lets you download Revizo again. Do not pass it on. If you have lost it, request a new one on the download page with the email used for your purchase; the old link is then deactivated.
3. Preparing your study material
A paid Claude Pro subscription is required. You subscribe to it separately with Anthropic, at your own expense. It is neither included nor sold by Revizo. Your courses are read inside your own Claude account: Revizo does not receive them.
Questions produced by AI may contain errors. Check them against your courses. Revizo is a practice tool and does not guarantee any exam results.
4. Publishing your site
You can use your site on your computer without publishing it. If you publish it, you do so yourself, with the host of your choice; the suggested method is Netlify, whose free plan is enough. Your Netlify account and your site are governed by Netlify's terms. Revizo does not host your site or your study material and has no access to them; only your points, your friends, your duels and your class accounts go through Revizo if you use the leaderboard.
Your courses are encrypted with the site password you choose: without it, your site's content cannot be read, even by someone who knows its address. Anyone who has both the address and the password can view it: only share the password with your class or group. Only publish content you have the right to share: you alone are responsible for what you put online, in particular regarding the copyright in your course materials and any personal data they contain.
5. License of use
Revizo grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the skill and the site template for your own studying and that of your class or tutorial group: you may share the site you created with its members free of charge, up to 60 accounts per site. You may not share the skill or your download link, resell or redistribute Revizo, or offer sites created with Revizo to third parties in exchange for payment.
Your courses and the study material generated from them remain yours.
6. Leaderboard between friends and duels (optional)
From your site, you can join the leaderboard with the email used for your purchase: a sign-in code is sent to you, then you choose a nickname. You add friends with their friend code; friendship is mutual. Your friends see your nickname, your points for the week, your total and your streak; you see theirs. There is no public leaderboard.
You earn points by studying (a right answer on the first try = 1 point, up to 300 points per day). A duel pits two friends against each other for 7 days: whoever scores the most points wins. You can decline a duel, remove a friend or sign out at any time. Choose an appropriate nickname: Revizo may remove an offensive or misleading nickname. Cheating on points or disrupting the leaderboard may lead to your leaderboard access being closed, with no effect on the rest of your license.
The ranked duel is played live against a friend, or against a player connected to the same site: 10 questions, 10 seconds each, drawn from each player's courses (the same questions if you use the same site). Each game changes your Elo rating, which only you and your friends can see. There is no public leaderboard.
Class accounts. Members of the class of a site's creator (the buyer) can create an account from that site, with no purchase and no email: they need the site password, then choose a nickname and an account password. The account is tied to the site; it gives access to the leaderboard, duels and ranked duels among the site's members, as long as the creator's license is active. The creator carries the "Creator" badge; from the Creator page, they see the list of members (nickname, last visit, points this week), can remove an account (its game data is then deleted), give a member a temporary password and change the site password. A member can ask the creator, or Revizo at the contact given in the legal notice, to delete their account.
7. Updates and term
The license does not expire: the skill and your site keep working without Revizo. Any updates are offered for download with the same link, for as long as Revizo is operated.
8. Liability and governing law
Revizo remains bound by its legal and contractual obligations. The limits related to AI do not remove your legal guarantees. Revizo is not responsible for third-party services (Anthropic, Netlify) or their availability.
French law applies, without depriving you of the mandatory protections that apply to you. For any complaint, write to [email protected]. The available remedies are set out in the Terms of Sale.
