Terms of sale
Last updated: 23 October 2026
This English translation is provided for convenience only. The French version is the legally binding one and prevails in case of any difference.
1. Seller and scope
Revizo is published by Arthur Gillès de Pélichy. Address: 134 chemin du Bois Notre-Dame, 83700 Saint-Raphaël, France. Email: [email protected].
These terms govern the purchase of "Revizo, personal license" for your own personal study use. You must be of legal age, or a minor with the consent of your legal guardian. The applicable terms are those accepted when you place your order.
2. What the license includes
- The Revizo Claude skill: it turns your courses into study material (quizzes, flashcards, study notes, mock exams) inside your own Claude account.
- The study site template, which Claude fills with your study material: you open it on your computer, or publish it yourself, for free, on Netlify.
- Sharing your site with your class or tutorial group, protected by the site password: up to 60 free accounts, with the leaderboard, duels and ranked duels among members, plus the Creator badge and page, available with the email used for your purchase, for as long as Revizo is operated. Members have nothing to buy.
- A step-by-step guide for installation and publishing.
- Any updates, downloadable with your personal link.
Your courses stay with you and are read inside your own Claude account. Revizo does not receive them and does not host your site.
3. Requirements and third-party services
You need an internet connection, a paid Claude Pro subscription with code execution turned on, subscribed separately with Anthropic, and, to publish your site (phone, sharing with your class), a free Netlify account. These requirements are at your own expense. The Claude Pro subscription is neither included in the price nor sold by Revizo. Their use is governed by the terms of Anthropic and Netlify.
Technical compatibility: your site works on a recent version of Chrome, Safari, Firefox or Edge, on a computer, tablet or phone. Your progress is saved in the browser of each device.
4. Price and payment
Two plans: « Do it yourself » (the skill and the site template) at €10, and « Done for you » (the service described in section 11) at €25, all taxes included. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. It is a one-time payment, with no Revizo subscription and no automatic paid renewal.
Payment is handled by Stripe Checkout. Revizo never sees your card details. Stripe sends you the invoice.
5. Order and delivery
Before paying, you check the product, the price and your email address, then accept these Terms of Sale. The order is confirmed once the payment is approved.
Delivery is immediate once the payment is confirmed. You receive an email containing a personal download link. The confirmation email restates your purchase and your consent to immediate performance and regarding withdrawal. Keep it on a durable medium.
If you don't receive this email, check your spam folder, then contact the seller using the details in section 1.
6. License term
The license is granted with no time limit. The skill and the site you published work without depending on Revizo. Your link lets you download Revizo and its updates again for as long as Revizo is operated.
7. Withdrawal and immediate performance
In principle, you have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw. An exception applies to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium when the conditions of article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code are met.
At checkout, you tick a box by which you expressly request that the supply of the digital content begins immediately, before the end of the 14 days. You expressly acknowledge and accept that you lose your right of withdrawal for this content as soon as its performance begins.
Confirmation of this consent and this waiver is sent to you on a durable medium, in the confirmation email. If the legal conditions are not met, you keep your right of withdrawal. This exception, specific to digital content, does not remove any right of withdrawal that would still apply to a separate digital service.
Where this right still applies, you can exercise it before the deadline by sending the seller a clear statement, by email or by post, using the details in section 1. You may use this template: "I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract for Revizo, personal license. Order date: … Name: … Address: … Date: … Signature (paper notice only): …". The refund is made within 14 days of receipt of your decision, in accordance with the applicable legal rules.
8. Legal guarantees
You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services provided for in articles L224-25-12 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. It is exercised with the seller, free of charge.
- For content supplied as a one-off, the seller is liable for defects that exist at the time of supply and appear within 2 years. During the first 12 months, the defect is presumed to have existed at the time of supply, unless proven otherwise.
- For the service supplied continuously, the seller is liable for defects that appear throughout the supply period set out in the contract. The burden of proving conformity during that period lies with the seller.
- You receive the updates needed to keep the content in conformity, including security updates. For the continuous service, they are due throughout the supply period. For one-off content, they are due for the period you can reasonably expect.
You can request that the content be brought into conformity, free of charge, without undue delay and without significant inconvenience. Contact the seller and describe the defect.
You can obtain a price reduction or end the contract if bringing the content into conformity is refused, unduly delayed, causes costs or significant inconvenience, or if the defect persists despite an attempt to fix it. A sufficiently serious defect can justify these remedies directly. A minor defect does not allow you to end the contract; the seller must prove that it is minor. These remedies are provided for in article L224-25-20.
Amounts due following a price reduction or the end of the contract are refunded without undue delay, at the latest 14 days after receipt of your decision, in accordance with article L224-25-23. Your other legal remedies, including a claim for damages where the conditions are met, remain available.
9. Personal use and educational limits
The license is personal. Sharing the skill or your download link, and reselling Revizo, are prohibited. You warrant that you hold the rights needed to use your course materials for personal study purposes. The Terms of Use set out the rules for use and publishing.
Questions are generated by AI from your courses. They may contain errors. You must check them against your courses; you can ask Claude to correct them. Revizo does not guarantee any exam results. These educational limits do not exclude the seller's legal liability or the guarantee of conformity.
10. Complaints and governing law
Send your written complaint to the seller using the details in section 1: we will reply as quickly as possible.
French law applies. This choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of your country of residence where they apply. You may bring proceedings before the competent courts in accordance with the legal rules.
11. « Done for you » plan
With the done-for-you plan, Revizo builds your study site from the course materials you send after ordering, by replying to the confirmation email (files or a download link), together with the site name, your class password and, if you wish, your first exam date.
Timing: the site is delivered within 72 hours of receiving all your materials. Otherwise, you get a full refund on request. Revizo may temporarily pause new orders when too many are in progress; the plan is then shown as fully booked.
Delivery: you receive by email the address of your site, online and password-protected, and access to your Creator page. The site stays online at least until the end of the current academic year, at no cost. An update with new courses is a new order.
Withdrawal: this is a service. At payment, you expressly ask for it to start as soon as your materials are received and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the site is delivered (article L221-28 1° of the French Consumer Code). Before delivery, you may cancel and be refunded, minus any work already performed (article L221-25).
Your materials: you guarantee that you hold the rights needed to use them for your own revision and your class’s. They are only used to build your site and are deleted after delivery.
The French version of these terms prevails.
